2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. If your account is misused, notify our support team immediately. qe333 is not responsible for transactions carried out by a third party if you have shared your details yourself.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

qe333 currently supports the following payment methods:

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Before submitting a withdrawal request, please ensure that all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit, or an alternative method approved by the authority.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before a withdrawal or at regular intervals, qe333 may request a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document for identity verification. Withdrawals may be held until the KYC process is completed.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on this platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Welcome Bonus

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to bonuses. You must wager 20 times the bonus amount received before the bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in wagers required before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms, which will be stated on the promotions page.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, qe333 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.
• qe333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Each promotional offer may be used only once — claiming bonuses through multiple accounts by family members or from the same device is prohibited.

5.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. qe333 reserves the right to correct any incorrect results or payouts caused by technical errors.

5.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Betting market rules apply separately to each event. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets are generally voided and funds returned — however, different rules may apply for specific markets.

5.3 Casino Games

The outcomes of slots, live casino, fishing games, and other casino games are determined by a verified Random Number Generator (RNG). The rules for each game are available within the game interface.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

• Using any form of manipulation, software bots, or automated systems.
• Using another player's account.
• Participating in betting syndicates or group activities.
• Exploiting technical errors or game bugs.

If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, qe333 may close the account and forfeit all winnings.

• Failure to submit KYC documents.

9.2 Closure by Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. It is advisable to withdraw your balance before closing the account.

• A game ending mid-session due to a technical error or server downtime.
• Errors by third-party game software providers.
• Data theft resulting from security vulnerabilities in your device or network.
